Warranty Claim
All goods sold by HP Gold Coast are subject to manufacturer's warranty terms. If you wish to claim regarding a printer or toner cartridge the manufacturer may require a sample of the output if it is a quality issue.
If you have a computer you wish to be repaired under warranty it is your responsibility to save and retrieve all data before shipping the product for warranty repair.
A list of accessories is required when returning goods under warranty ie: power supplies, cables etc.
If the goods are sent to HP Gold Coast and found to be not faulty there will be a $27.50 charge for examination.
Original purchase details from HP Gold Coast must be provided with any warranty claim.
Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. No refund can be provided under any warranty claim.
HP Goldcoast accept no cost for freight on any warranty item.
